You will be able to check in from 2pm. Before that time you will be able to check in and leave your belongings in our locker until you are assigned your room. If there is availability you can check in before that time. Check-out is until 12:00 a.m. Remember that you can always book late check-out until 7pm, ask at reception when you arrive at the hotel.

At Hotel Universal Pacoche you are welcome. Children from 0 to 3 years old can sleep with you or in a cradle (previous reservation or when checking in), for children from 3 to 10 years old they can sleep in an extra bed in the same room. The price of breakfast is reduced. Children over 10 years count as an adult. 

Depending on the room reservation offer you take advantage of, there will be cancellation costs or not. We have two rates, Non-Refundable, which will have 100% cancellation costs if you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, and Standard rate, which can be cancelled without costs up to 7 days before your arrival (otherwise you will have 100% cancellation costs).

No problem, we have broadband internet so you can surf and work without problems in your room. You will be able to connect all your devices without additional cost, ask at reception if you have any doubts about connecting.
